sfits3 bot retired

The decision has been made to temporarily (permanently) suspend development of my TeamSpeak 3 bot. After multiple rewrites as I learned the language, development finally got to the point where I received more benefit by simply using a preexisting solution. Until such a time that there is incentive to restart progress, the bot will remain as-is.
